2 - 9 inch pie crust
1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup all purpose flour
4 cups blueberries
1 egg white, slightly beaten
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Mix together sugar, flour, and lemon juice. Sprinkle over berries. Let stand 10 minutes. Turn berries into pie shell. Dot with butter. Place top crust on pie and press the edges together. Cut slits in the top of crust. Brush with egg white. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Remove and cool on a wire rack. Serve with vanilla ice cream
