12 medium onion
1 medium cabbage
10 green tomatoes
12 green peppers
6 red sweet peppers

6 cups sugar
2 tsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 cups cider vinegar
2 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Grind coarse the vegetables. Mix with 1/2 cup salt. Let stand overnight. Rinse and drain. Combine sugar, mustard seed, tumeric, vinegar and water. Pour over veggies. Heat to a boil. Simmer 3 minutes. Seal in jars.
