2 c. uncooked macaroni
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese (something like velveeta works best cubed)
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni as directed on box. Drain. Mix together the 1/2 c. butter and flour in a saucepan and stir to form a smooth paste then add milk and stir constantly. Add salt and pepper to thickened sauce. Combine white sauce with noodles. Pour into 8 x 12 inch baking dish or 2 quart casserole. Stir in cheese and butter.
