1 pt. sour cream
1 small bottle maraschino cherries - cut or whole
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. pecans
1 banana sliced thinly
1 T. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all. Place paper liners in muffin tin and spoon mixture in. Freeze salad in muffin tins. Can be stored in plastic bag after frozen. Serve on lettuce leaf.
