1 c macaroni (dry)
1 med onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tbsp minced parsley
1/4 c olive oil
1 c chopped cabbage
2 c cooked soy beans
1 c canned tomatoes
1/2 c grated parmesan cheese
Paprika, garlic, oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni; saute onions, celery, parsley in oil for 5 min. Add cabbage and saute a little longer. Add soy beans, macaroni and tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese. Season to taste. Sprinkle with paprika. Or can be put in casserole with cheese sprinkled on top. Place under broiler till cheese melts.
