4 c. flour
1 T. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1&3/4 c. shortening
1/2 c. water
1 T. vinegar
1 lg. egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar & salt. Add shortening, cut in with pastry blender until crumbly. In small bowl beat water, vinegar and egg. Combine with flour mixture. Chilling the dough will make it easier to roll out for crusts. Makes 5 or 6 crusts.

I roll out all the crusts & put them in pie plates, then wrap tightly with cellophane and freeze them until needed. This is a great way to prepare a fresh pie in a hurry.
