1 White cake mix
Peach Margarita Mix (Wm Sonoma)
2 c. Confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. Peach margarita mix
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to package instructions using the margarita mix instead of water. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13x9 pan, bake according to package instructions.
Transfer the cake in the pan to a rack to cool.
In bowl beat together the confectioners' sugar and margarita mix using a hand whisk until completely blended. Pour glaze evenly over warm cake and let cool completely.
*You can make this cake with any flavored of margarita mix.
