2 cup frozen strawberries, thaw, mash and add some sugar
3 cups + 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup oil
4 beaten eggs
1 cups nuts, chopped


Directions:

Combine ingredients as listed. Mix lightly by hand. Bake in 2 regular loaf pans (9 x 5) at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
