1½ pounds ground beef
½ cup regular rice
2 tablespoons minced onion
½ teaspoon salt
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can of water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except soup and water with a fork in a large bowl. Shape into large meatballs. Put soup and water in a large frying pan with a lid. Mix and heat to just boiling. Lower heat and spoon the meatballs into the sauce. Cook over low heat (simmer) for one hour.

Good and easy! Mother used to fix this in the pressure cooker. For kids this way is safer.
