2 (8 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. sour cream OR mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 4 TBS dry onion flakes 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic salt 6 oz dry beef (or 2 pkgs)
2 TBS butter chopped pecans
Mix thoroughly in food processor. Put in small souffle dish. Refrig until ready to use. Topping: Melt 2 TBS butter with enough chopped pecans to cover top. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes. Serve with assorted bland crackers.
