8 oz sweet butter, softened
1 lb cream cheese, softened
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp dill
1/4 tsp basil
pepper to taste

Directions:

Mix all ingredients at least a day in advance of serving. Keeps 2 weeks in refrigerator. This recipe is from the Dallas Opera Guild.
