1 1/2 lb. potatoes cubed or sliced
1 qt. water
onion powder or chopped onion
4 or so chicken boullion cubes
1/8 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2-3/4 of a 2 lb. block of velveeta cheese
ham if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil. In another sauce pan melt butter and then mix in flour. Then mix this with potates and add two cups of milk. Bring to a boil. Add cheese and ham if desired.
