1 lb Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 - 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
1/2 gal vanilla ice cream


Topping:

2 cups powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2/3 cup chocolate chips (12 oz)
1/2 cup butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oreo cookies and butter and press in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Top with peanuts and ice cream.
Frosting: Boil together frosting ingredients for 8 minutes stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp vanilla. Cool and spread on ice cream. Cover with foil and freeze.
