1 T butter
2 tsp lemon pepper
6 (5 oz) salmon steaks
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
6 thin onion slices
3 lemon slices, halved
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp paprika
dash salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in a 3 qt oblong glass baking dish. Microwave on High for 30 seconds until melted. Coat bottom of dish with butter and sprinkle with 2 tsp lemon pepper. Place salmon steaks in dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, 1 tsp lemon pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Place one onion and one lemon slice on each salmon steak. Sprinkle with tarragon, paprika and salt. Convection bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
