2 c.sugar
1 c. shortening
5 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
3 eggs (beaten)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon extract



Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and shortening together.
Mix in the next four (4) ingredients (need to sift two (2) times first).
Mix in the last three (3) ingredients
Roll out dough, use favorite cookie cutters or use
the bottom of a cup to cut out cookies.
Place on greased sheets.
Bake in oven preheated at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
