3 cans whole green beans dash of sugar salt and pepper to taste 2 small sliced onions 3 sliced tomatoes 8 strips cooked bacon 6 tablespoons butter 2 teaspoons yellow mustard 1 teaspoon horseradish 6 tablespoon brown sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt dash of pepper
Drain green beans and put a layer in casserole dish. Add and layer onion, sliced tomatoes and bacon. Make 2 or 3 layers. Mix butter, mustard, horseradish, sugar, salt and pepper in saucepan and heat over low heat. Stir to blend well. Pour over beans and bake at 400º for 40 to 50 minutes.
