Ingredients:
Ingredients:
40 ounces sharp/medium cheddar cheese
1 - 8 oz. jar chopped pimentos
1/2 bottle Durkees dressing
1 pint Hellman's mayonnaise
1 small chopped bell pepper, chop in processor
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
1 small onion, chopped fine in food processor

Directions:
Directions:
Grate cheese. Put all ingredients in 4 quart mixing bowl and mix thoroughly with electric mixer. Place in covered containers and refrigerate. Keeps well.

I always buy a pint of Hellman's and don't try to measure it out of a larger jar - but you can a pint is 2 cups. I also mix in the cup the Durkees, mayonnaise, mustard, worcestershire and red pepper.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE USE PRE-SHREDDED CHEESE.
GET THE GRATER OUT OR GRATE IN A FOOD PROCESSOR. IT WILL NOT TURN OUT RIGHT IF YOU UAW PRE-GRATED BECAUSE IT HAS CORNSTARCH ON IT!
