1 pound Italian Sausage (not hot)
1 large onion chopped
1 garlic clove pressed
2 - 14 oz. cans beef broth
1 - 14 oz. can chicken broth
2 - 14 oz. cans chopped tomatoes undrained
1 - 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup dry red wine
2 or 3 carrots thinly sliced
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons italian seasoning
2 small zucchini sliced
1 - 9 oz. package cheese tortellini
Shredded Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Remove sausage from casings. Crumble in pot. Cook sausage, onion, and garlic over medium high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles. Cook until sausage is no longer pink. Drain off oil. Add broths, tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, carrots, sugar, and seasoning. Bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 30 minutes. Add zucchini and tortellini and simmer 10 minutes. Serve with cheese.
