1 - cabbage 1 - red onion 1 - bell pepper 1 - cup salad oil 1 - cup sugar 1 - cup white vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Shred cabbage, red onion, and pepper with slicing blade of food processor. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate at least one day. Will keep a week in refrigerator.
