1 - cabbage
1 - red onion
1 - bell pepper
1 - cup salad oil
1 - cup sugar
1 - cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Shred cabbage, red onion, and pepper with slicing blade of food processor. Combine oil, sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture. Refrigerate at least one day. Will keep a week in refrigerator.
