1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon poppyseed
1 tablespoon onion juice
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 cup salad oil
3/4 cup cottage cheese
2 pounds washed spinach
1/2 pound bacon, fried crisp
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
8 ozs. sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, salt, mustard, poppyseed, onion juice, oil, vinegar and cottage cheese and refrigerate. Willl keep up to a week in refrigerator When ready to serve, shake dressing well and toss with spinach. Add bacon, eggs, and mushrooms and toss again. Serve immediately.
