Ingredients:  
Chuck roast
2-3 cans beef broth
1 large onion, cut into quarters
4 medium potatos, cut into quarters
4 carrots, sliced
1 can mushrooms
Enough flour to coat roast
4 tbl. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Coat meat with flour and brown in oil.
Add onions and brown.
Add beef broth (enough to halfway fill pan.
bring to boil - reduce heat and simmer 2 hours.
Add potatoes and carrots, simmer another hour, or until they are tender
Add mushrooms.
Serve.
