2 c. lobster meat
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. cream
dash salt
dash nutmeg
3 egg yolks, slighten beaten
1/4 c. sherry

Directions:
Directions:
In a double boiler melt the butter and cook the lobster for a few minutes - then add the cream, salt, nutmeg, and the egg yolks. Cook until thickened (stirring constantly) When you are ready to serve, add the sherry.
