1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil;
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped;
1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut crosswise into 1/2 in. wide strips;
1-1/2 c. fresh broccoli florets;
3/4 c. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and thinly sliced;
Pinch of crushed red pepper flakes;
Salt and pepper, to taste;
1/4 c. dry white wine;
3/4 c. chicken broth;
1 tbsp. butter;
1/2 lb. bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained;
Grated cheese (optional).

In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Saute the garlic till golden, stirring constantly. Add the chicken strips and saute till white and almost completely cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Add the broccoli and saute till crisp-tender, then add the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Add the wine, then add the chicken broth and butter. Cook 3-5 minutes, or till heated through.

Toss the freshly cooked pasta with the chicken mixture. Serve with grated cheese, if desired.
