1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 c. ketchup
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. dry mustard

Brown meat until crumbly, combine remaining ingredients and stir into browned meat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionlly.
Watch mixture carefully to prevent burning.
Serve on toasted buns.
