Ingredients:  
1 lb. mochiko flour
1 c. coconut flakes
1 1/2 c. milk
5 eggs, beaten
1 block melted butter
1 can coconut milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Add other ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9x13" pan. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour. Lower heat if it browns too fast. Cool, slice and serve
