10 ounces sliced cooked smoked turkey (about 2 cups)
1 medium carrot
1/2 cup bottled barbecue sauce
4 hamburger buns, split
pickle slices

Directions:
Directions:
On a cutting board, use a table knife to cut turkey into strips. Peel carrot with vegetable peeler; use the shredder to shred carrot. Put turkey, carrot and barbecue sauce in saucepan. Stir together with the wooden spoon until mixed. Put saucepan on a burner. Turn burner to medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes or until mixture is hot, stirring now and then with a wooden spoon. Turn off burner. Remove saucepan from burner. Toast the hamburger buns in the oven, if you like. Place bottom halves of the hamburger buns on a serving plate. Spoon turkey mixture onto bottom buns. Top with pickle slices, if you like. Cover with bun tops.
