1/2 c. butter 1 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1/4 c. sour cream 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. banana, mashed 1 1/2 c. flour Dash of salt 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, beat until light and fluffy. Add sour cream and baking soda. Stir in banana. Add flour and salt. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla. Bake in muffin pan at 350º for 15-20 minutes.
