1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sift above together and put in baking dish. Make 6 little wells in pan. Put 1 tbsp. Wesson oil in each well. Mix 1 c. cold water, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tbsp. vinegar. Add to the above mixture, stirring with a fork in the pan it is to be baked in, after mixing thoroughly. Bake 30 minutes at 350º. Makes 1 small 8" square cake.

Icing:
1 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. condensed cream
2 tbsp. butter
Boil for 2 minutes, add 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat until firm
