1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. sifted enriched flour
1/2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. molasses, preferably dark

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. Mix dry ingredients together in mixing bowl. Stir in raisins. Combine buttermilk and molasses. Stir into the dry ingredients. Spoon batter into 2 greased 1 lb. coffee cans and allow to stand for 30 minutes. Bake 40-50 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean when inserted into bread. Remove bread from cans to a cake rack for cooling.
