Angel Food cake cut into squares



Frosting:
1 cup powdered sugar
milk
1/2 tsp vanilla


Unsalted peanuts, ground

Directions:
Directions:
Put powdered sugar into a bowl and add enough milk to make a thin paste. Add vanilla and beat by hand. Dip cake slices into frosting then into ground peanuts. Put on waxed paper to set.
