1 c. (about 20) crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. finely chopped macadamia nuts or almonds
1/4 c. butter, melted

Filling:

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. orange juice or orange liquer
1 pkg (10 oz) frozen raspberries, w/ syrup & thawed
1 c. cool whip or whipping cream (whipped)

Garnishes: raspberries, mint leaves, whipped cream, shaved chocolate (if desired)

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine vanilla wafers, nuts and margarine; mix well. Press firmly into bottom of 8 inch springform pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool. In a large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and orange juice. Beat until smooth. Add raspberries and beat at low speed with mixer until well blended. Fold in cool whip. Pour into cooled crust. Freeze until firm. Just before serving, remove from springform pan and let stand at room temperature about 15 minutes. Garnish with individual raspberries, mint leaves and whipped cream. Shaved chocolate may be sprinkled on.
