14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon peel
1 c. whipped whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Line jelly roll pan with saran wrap. Form over edges. Pour above mixture on saran wrap. Sprinkle 1/2 c. coarsley chopped pistachios and 1/3 c. coarsely crumbled vanilla wafers over mixture. Press in. Freeze 2 hours. Take out and let set 5 to 7 minutes. Then roll up like a jelly rol and refreeze until ready to serve.

Top with raspberry sauce. Garnish with fresh raspberries if desired.
