10 slices white bread, crusts removed
1/2 lb. hot sausage, cooked and drained
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
10 slices bacon, cut in quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread slices into 4 fingers. Spread with mixture of cream cheese and sausage. Place each bread strip on top of a bacon strip; roll jelly-roll fashion. Secure with a toothpick. Bake in 400 degree oven until brown and crispy. Makes 40 roll ups.
