7 slices white bread, crust cut off, buttered and cubed
2 1/2 cups sharp cheddar cheese grated
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
white pepper
Tabasco
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Butter or spray casserole dish. Beat eggs with milk and a few drops of Tabasco. In casserole, put layer of bread, then layer of cheese and then repeat. Sprinkle with white pepper. Pour egg and milk mixture over top. Sprinkle paprika on top. Make a day ahead of time and refrigerate. Take out of refrigerator an hour before baking. To bake, put casserole in a pan filled with about an inch of water. Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
