1 - 3-inch center cut ham steak
1 can Coca-Cola
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix coke, sugar and mustard to form basting sauce.

Sear ham steak on hot outside grill. Turn grill on low and cook about 45 to 50 minutes, basting with the Coke mixture. Slice against the grain.
