Sweet potatoes
1/4 cup bacon grease
1/2 - 3/4 cups of water
2 cups sugar
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a cast iron pan place sweet potatoes, bacon grease and water. Cover and cook about 30 minutes covered. Add the sugar and butter. Bake for 1 - 11/2 hrs.
