1 lb sausage
1 teaspoon mustard
1 cup swiss or chedder cheese
3 eggs slightly beaten
3/4 cup half and half
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
6 slices bread
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon worchesteshire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Lay bread in a buttered baking dish. Cook sausage and drain. Mix sausage with mustard and sprinkle over bread. Sprinkle cheese then cover and let sit overnight or freeze. Combine eggs, cream, and seasoning. Pour over casserole. Bake at 350º for 30 - 35 minutes.
