2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup oil
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup buttermilk
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place flour in bowl. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla in this order. Bake until done. When cake is done, slice into 2 inch squares while still in the pan. Pour icing on while hot.
