Chocolate Mint Brownies Recipe

Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 C sugar
1/2 C butter
4 eggs, beaten
1 C flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 C chopped nuts (optional)

Frosting
2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C butter
2 T milk
1/2 tsp. mint extract
Green food coloring

Glaze
1 C semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 T butter

Brownies
Mix ingredients together in order given. Pour in
9x13" greased pan and bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes. Cool. Note - you can also use an 11 x 16" jelly roll pan.

Frosting
Mix together and spread over top of the baked, cooled, brownies. Let set. I usually stick in the freezer until the glaze is done and cooled.

Glaze
Mix chips and butter over boiling water. Cool. Spread over frosted brownies. Let set and cut in squares.
