6 large lemons
1 cup sugar
6 cups boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Halve the lemons and put them in a glass bowl. Add the sugar. Pour the boiling water over the lemons and stir to dissolve the sugar. Set aside for 30 minutes.

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and strain into the bowl; discard the lemons. Pour the lemonade into a plastic container and freeze until solid. Unmold and use in champagne punch.
