4- 6 oz sirloin steaks;
2 Tbsp butter;
4 Shallots, minced
2 Tbsp worceschire sauce
salt, pepper
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steaks to 1/3" thick. Heat in small saucepan: 2 Tbsp butter, add:shallots until lightly browned. add: 2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce, and heat to bubbling; keep hot.
Heat 6 Tbsp butter in skillet. when it begins to brown, add steaks, 3 minutes, turn 2-3 minutes more put on serving dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread shallot sauce over steaks and sprinkle with parsley.
