3 eggs (beaten)
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini (drained)
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients and mix well. Grease and flour 3 loaf tins. Bake at 350 º for 1 hour.
