Crust:
1 1/2 cups melted butter
1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 cups of walnuts, coarsely chopped

Filling:
2 large packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3 cups of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix together crust ingredients and press in bottom of spring-form pan, set aside. Beat cheese, vanilla and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add sour cream until just combined. Pour into pan over crust and bake for 35 minutes. Should be set in center but not firm. Let stand for 10 minutes then remove side of pan. Place in refrigerator to chill.
