8 eggs
4 cups of milk
1 cup of sugar
Butter to dot top
1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
stale bread or cinnamon rolls
1/2 tsp of cinnamon if you use bread

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x9x2 inch pan with non stick coating. Break bread or cinnamon rolls into the pan, you should have enough to fill the pan. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients and beat until sugar is dissolved. Sprinkle bread with cinnamon. Pour milk mixture over the bread and use a spoon to push the bread under the milk so that it soaks up the custard. Dot with butter and place in a preheated 375º oven until custard is set and pudding is lightly brown.
