1 1/2 c cake floour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 t salt
1 tsp cinnamon, divided
1 egg
5 T skim milk
8 T sugar divided use
5 T margarine at room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/4 c fresh blueberries

Directions:
Heat over to 400 degrees. Sift cake flour, baking posder, salt, and 1/2 tsp cinamon togeter; set aside. In mixing bowl, beat egg, mikl, and 7 T sugar together until well blended. Add flour mixture in serveral portions, beating well after each addition. Beat in margaringe and vanillan until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Spray an 8" square cake pan with cooking spray; pour in batter. Combine remaining 1 T sugar and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Sprinkle over top. Bake 25-30 minutes until golden and knife tests clean. Cool
