Flour
Salt and Pepper
Butter
White wine
Fresh parsley
Fresh Lemon
optional: mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge Chicken breast in flour and place in hot skillet with melted butter. Brown both sides of chicken and remove. Slowly add wine to skillet until thicken. May need to add more wine or water. Add Chicken to skillet and simmer 3 minutes. Add fresh squeezed lemon and parsley, while chicken is in the skillet. Serve immediately.
