Ingredients:  
2 C raw cranberries
1 1/2 C sugar
1 large pkg cherry jello
3 C hot water
1 C chopped celery
2 C chopped apple
1/2 C chopped walnuts

Dressing for Cranberry Salad
1/2 C chopped almonds
1 small pkg cream cheese-softened/whipped
1/2 C whipping cream-whipped
1 T mayonaise

Directions:
Directions:
Grind fine 2 C cranberries
Pour 1 1/2 C sugar over berries. Stir. Let sit for an hour.
Mix jello and water. Let cool. Add celery, apples, walnuts, and cranberries. Pour into a jello mold. Refridgerate.
(Remove jello from mold 2-3 hours before serving so it can set up again.)

Dressing
Whip cream and add to softened/whipped cream cheese. Add almonds, mayo. Mix together. Refridgerate.
