1 small onion, diced
2 c. quick cooking rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 (5 oz.) sharp cheese spread
1/4 c. melted oleo
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, partially thawed

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
