2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
tortilla chips
cheddar cheese, grated
black olives
ranch dressing
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef; drain. Add onions and saute until
pale. Return beef to pan and add taco seasoning and
appropriate amount of water on package. Place layer
of chips over chopped lettuce. Add ground beef, kidney
beans cheese and black olives. Toss with salad
dressing and serve with sour cream if desired.
