10 oz. raw spinach leaves
6-8 slices cooked bacon
raw, sliced mushrooms
4-6 hard boiled eggs, sliced
3-6 chopped green scallions
1 can chinese noodles

1/3 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 - 1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. italian seasoning
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. paprika
pepper to taste

The dressing is best if mixed together and then heated in the microwave a few minutes to melt the sugar. Then pour over your salad and serve immediately.
